This steampunk style skin monitors network activity. It shows the current upload and download rates in Kb/s and charts them over time on scrolling paper by John Dickinson & Co. Ltd. of Aspley. There are a few whirling cogs and the tube on the right shows the latest Ping value with the zero level at what you decide is a 'bad' ping value. Left click on the tube to change the colour. A railway caution signal pops up when the 'bad' ping value is exceeded. Left-click on one of the spinning cogs to edit the UserVariables.inc file and set values for MaxUpload, MaxDownload and BadPing.
You will need the latest beta version of Rainmeter
to run the skin. Get it from rainmeter.net
Credit to moshi for the neat little substitute expression used to put spaces in the upload/download values.
